	After a supremely successful circuit career, winning four Touring Car Championship titles with a Nissan Primera, Giniel de Villiers decided to take his career in a new direction. Giniel finished 5th in the last Dakar and knows the Nissan Pickup extremely well. For the third season he will take part in the South African Off-Road Championship with this car, which he particularly likes. Giniel has worked on the technical evolution of the Pickup, and knows its potential well. Thirty-one years old, this all-round sportsman, fond of all-terrain biking and golf, has recently won the Rally of Morocco, which was the first win for Giniel and the Nissan Pickup in a round of the World Cup for Cross Country Rallies.
