Because I didn't drive the whole course, I have been officially retired or disqualified. I guess this is just part of the Paris-Dakar… In the first part, I went well and drove as planned, and I feel I have learned a lot. As for next time, I don't know what will happen, but if I am entered in the T1 class again next year I will aim for a top place or a win. I now feel I have the confidence for this. Thank you, everyone, for supporting me.

The opponent seems to have been a skid guard — a 50-kg lump of aluminum to protect the underneath of the vehicle from rocks. |
